From now on, a clip covers a lot of action and drama from the film, Hoover's formation from the FBI, his appointment of rumored lover Clyde Tolson (performed by Armie Hammer), his relationship together with his mother (Judi Dench) and shows a personal and professional downfall. "It's the perfect time this generation learned the main difference between villain and hero," a noticeably aged DiCarprio as Hoover states in the finish. "Even great males could be corrupted." The Lion King Roars Back to Life Atop the Box Office

Lion King 3D The Lion King received a royal welcome in its second theatrical release, Box Office Mojo reports. The 3-D version of the 1994 hit animated film grossed an estimated $29.3 million in its first weekend of re-release to land at No. 1. The family-friendly flick - which now has raked in $357.8 million all told - was followed by last week's top film, Contagion, which took in $14.4 million. The Help came in at No. 4 with $6.4 million (bringing its cumulative total to $147.4 million). The two other new releases, the Straw Dogs remake and I Don't Know How She Does It, grabbed fifth and sixth place with $5 million and $4.5 million, respectively Rounding out the top 10: The Debt (No. 7, $2.9 million), Warrior (No. 8, $2.7 million), Rise of the Planet of the Apes (No. 9, $2.6 million, for a total so far of $171.6 million) and Colombiana (No. 10, $2.3 million).

Meredith Vieira Joins Brian Williams' Newsmagazine on NBC

Meredith Vieira Meredith Vieira has joined Brian Williams' upcoming newsmagazine, Rock Center, NBC News announced Tuesday. The former Today anchor will act as a special correspondent for the primetime news show, and will also contribute to Today, NBC Nightly News and the network's other news programs.
